Transformational
leadership is simply making everyone better,
whether it is the morale of a single employee or

The first time I head the
term "Transformational Leadership", I envisioned
our CEO
twisting and turning into a piece of office
equipment---preferably a new copier. However,
transformational leadership is simply making
everyone better, whether it is the morale of a

for the entire company. If you've spent any
amount of time in the business world, then you
understand that better people translate into
bigger profits and greater options.
The majority of us have worked for bosses who
seem to do nothing right, including poor
organization, lousy implementation, or who
simply had an oppressive way of leaving everyone
dying from lack of creative inspiration. The
effects of a bad leader are felt everyday
throughout the company, and sadly, many times
these companies do not last. On the other hand,
there are bosses who breathe life into the
company by bringing focus, determination,
responsibility, and exhilaration with them
everywhere they go throughout the company, which
over time become leading corporations.
There are a several executive retreats, which
claim to teach the doctrines of this endeavor,
but only a small number really earn high marks
from participants. Don't be fooled by poorly
trained "experts" who spout platitudes without
getting to what truly makes for good leadership.
Many who attend such programs leave
disappointed. Thankfully, there are outstanding
programs available, which have earned the trust
of America's leading corporations.
Do your company a great favor and look for
transformational leadership seminars
from the finest experts. They will instruct you
correctly on the art of listening
and affirmative direction, turning any company
with poor productivity into one that
leads. Do some research and find which firm is
the best fit for your company.
